According to Operation Napoleon director Óskar Thór Axelsson, the most important parts of a movie are the beginning and the ending, as one sets up expectations and the other (hopefully) fulfills them. The animated titles aim to amplify the adrenaline rush of the movie’s fast-paced plot as the vibrant letters pulse and spin around in animated patterns to the beat of the pounding metal soundtrack. Working closely with Axelsson, Karlssonwilker also created branding that spans across the film’s logo, posters, and other material.
"Karlssonwilker was involved very early in the production process, which allowed them to articulate a concept that was very well aligned with the movie’s spirit at the same time as it added a bit of swagger. Their work captured the flavor of the film and also added more to it."
